At Akaalshiv, we want every piece to reach you safely and smoothly. Please take a moment to review our shipping details before placing your order.
Shipping Within Singapore
• Free standard shipping with tracking is available for all orders above SGD 180.
• A flat shipping fee of SGD 5 applies to orders below SGD 180.
• Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 2 to 5 business days.
• PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE SUBMISSION. AKAALSHIV WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PARCELS SENT TO INCORRECTLY ENTERED ADDRESSES.
Order Tracking
Each Akaalshiv order is carefully packed with intention and care before dispatch.
• Orders are typically dispatched every Monday and Thursday.
• Orders placed before 7pm on Sunday will be included in Monday’s dispatch.
• Orders placed before 7pm on Wednesday will be included in Thursday’s dispatch.
• Orders placed after the cut off time will move to the next dispatch day.
• During launches, restocks, festive periods, or high order volumes, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Please note that processing times may vary slightly during peak periods, launches, or promotional events.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly before placing your order. If you do not receive your tracking email, kindly check your spam, junk, or promotions folder as automated emails may occasionally be filtered there.
Akaalshiv will not be responsible for missed tracking updates due to incorrectly entered email addresses or unchecked spam/junk folders.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to courier services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel at akaalshivv@gmail.com. We will assist you as best as possible in resolving the matter.
