At Akaalshiv, we place great care into preparing and packaging every order. As each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch, we kindly encourage customers to review their orders thoroughly before completing their purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

We are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect purchases made during checkout
  • Incorrect shipping details entered during checkout
  • Personal preferences after receiving the item

However, if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or if you have received the wrong product, we will gladly assist in resolving the issue.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel at akaalshivv@gmail.com.

When reaching out, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear images of the item received
  • A short description of the issue
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging when reported

Our team will review the matter and provide an appropriate solution where applicable, including a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refund Processing

Where refunds are approved, they will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Additional Information

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return unless deemed faulty or incorrect upon arrival.

Akaalshiv will not be responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier service
